Chicken Cordon Bleu
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Breasts
- Butter
- Chopped Garlic
- Assorted Herbs (Chives, Rosemary, Parsley)
- Bread Crumbs or Stuffing Mix
- Thinly Sliced Ham
- Swiss Cheese
- Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Tenderize Chicken
- Melt Butter and add Garlic and herbs to butter
- Roll Tenderized Chicken with Ham and Swiss Cheese and secure with toothpicks
- Coat Rolled Chicken with Butter/Herb mixture and then coat with Breadcrumbs/Stuffing Mix
- Place in preheated oven (350*) and bake for 45 minutes
