Chicken Cordon Bleu



  • Chicken Breasts
  • Butter
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Assorted Herbs (Chives, Rosemary, Parsley)
  • Bread Crumbs or Stuffing Mix
  • Thinly Sliced Ham
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Toothpicks


  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Tenderize Chicken
  3. Melt Butter and add Garlic and herbs to butter
  4. Roll Tenderized Chicken with Ham and Swiss Cheese and secure with toothpicks
  5. Coat Rolled Chicken with Butter/Herb mixture and then coat with Breadcrumbs/Stuffing Mix
  6. Place in preheated oven (350*) and bake for 45 minutes
